4th Anniversary Celebration

Please join us as we celebrate our 4th Anniversary!!

Ceremony begins at 9am until approximately 9:45am.

We will be celebrating our continuing mission to honor the service and sacrifices made by our Kern County Veterans and also by supporting our Gold Star Families.

Our speaker, James Sperry, USMC Retired, served with Portrait of a Warrior’s Fallen Warrior, Fernando Hannon. He was wounded multiple times while fighting to spread American Freedoms across the Middle East. James has also endured the loss of over 50 of his brothers in arms.

James went on to start a successful construction business, mentor transitioning Combat Veterans and lead three large scale search and rescue operations after natural disasters. Most importantly, James started a family with his wife Amy. They have two children, Hannah and Gavin.

James’ efforts and sacrifices to help the greater good have been recognized by President George W. Bush, President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama & First Lady Dr. Jill Biden.
