Sergeant Major (Ret.) Jason M. Geis

From combat medic to Sergeant Major.

Jason Geis served 20 years in the U.S. Army, enlisting as a combat medic and rising to the rank of Sergeant Major. His service took him to Iraq, including a 2004 deployment north of Fallujah, as well as Kosovo and humanitarian missions in Central America after Hurricane Mitch.

His assignments included the 82nd Airborne, 101st Airborne, and 25th Infantry Divisions, along with Division West, 1st Army, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He went on to earn two master’s degrees, an MBA and an MA.

We are honored to welcome him as our featured speaker as our community comes together to honor Kern County’s Fallen Heroes.
